Jigsaw Confidence

Our Jigsaw Skills Course is designed to teach you how to confidently handle one of the most adaptable power tools in DIY.

Learn to make precise curved cuts, bevelled edges, and intricate designs. Whether you’re creating custom shelves, refurbishing furniture, or tackling decorative projects, this course will give you the skills to bring your ideas to life.

With hands-on practice and expert guidance, you’ll leave ready to take on your next creative challenge.

What you will learn....

In this hands on Course, run over TWO sessions, you will discover:

  • IJigsaw Basics: Understand the parts of the tool, how it works, and how to get the best results.
  • IVersatile Cutting: Learn how to make freehand cuts of any shape, including circles and curves, adding a whole new dimension to your projects.
Beginners DIY Carpentry Jigsaw Skills

As you master these skills, you’ll work on creating your own project piece (as seen in the photo), which you’ll take home at the end of the course.

Jigsaw Skills Carpentry Course

    What we provide

    We will provide all materials, tools etc. However, if you want to bring along your own tools, ongoing projects etc. then feel free to do so.

    We also have hot drinks – tea, coffee etc. Feel free to bring your own additional refreshments, if you want to.

    What should you bring

    We recommend wearing old clothing, and sturdy shoes.
    If you would like to bring your own PPE (Personal Protectve Equipment), please feel free to do so. We will provide PPE, but we know that some people would prefer to use their own. (We recommend that you mark them up with your names, so that you can identify them)
