The Tuesday Beginners Jigsaw Course starts on Monday 18th November and runs over TWO Monday afternoons from 2pm to 5pm:

Looking to get started in carpentry? Our 2 half-day beginner’s course will introduce you to the Jigsaw, one of the most versatile and accessible tools for any DIY enthusiast.
Over two sessions, you will learn everything you need to know to use a jigsaw safely and confidently in your home projects.
Please note that the price (£100) includes BOTH Sessions and ALL materials
What you will learn....
In this hands on Course, run over TWO sessions, you will discover:
- IJigsaw Basics: Understand the parts of the tool, how it works, and how to get the best results.
- IVersatile Cutting: Learn how to make freehand cuts of any shape, including circles and curves, adding a whole new dimension to your projects.
As you master these skills, you’ll work on creating your own project piece (as seen in the photo), which you’ll take home at the end of the course.

All tools, materials, paints and oils provided.
What we provide
We will provide all materials, tools etc. However, if you want to bring along your own tools, ongoing projects etc. then feel free to do so.
We also have hot drinks – tea, coffee etc. Feel free to bring your own additional refreshments, if you want to.
What should you bring
We recommend wearing old clothing, and sturdy shoes.
If you would like to bring your own PPE (Personal Protectve Equipment), please feel free to do so. We will provide PPE, but we know that some people would prefer to use their own. (We recommend that you mark them up with your names, so that you can identify them)
