bePractical DIY is based in Bristol. Our workshop is located at 33 Brislington Hill, Bristol BS4 5BE.
There is lots of free parking behind the workshop, and there are multiple transport options available to reach us.
Although we are based in Bristol, we find that people are coming to us from all over the UK, as there is such a shortage of DIY Courses. For that reason we try to run courses at times that work for people travelling a distance to get to us.
We’d love you to bring some enthusiasm, but otherwise, you really don’t need to bring anything.
We provide all the tools & materials you need. If you would like to bring your own tools, to practise with them, or your own PPE, please do. Just make sure that they are marked up clearly, so that we don’t get them mixed up.
Most importantly,….
Please bring your Glasses, if you need to wear them!
Its really helpful if you can see what you’re doing!
We recommend that you wear old clothes and “sensible” shoes; the sort of thing that you would wear if you are starting a DIY project at home.
If you have long hair, we recommend that you keep it tied up while you are on a course, to keep yourself safe.
