The Tuesday Beginners Circular Saw Course starts on Tuesday 17th September.

It runs for THREE consecutive Tuesday evenings  from 6.30pm – 9.30pm until Tuesday 1st October

Circular Saw Beginners Course

Whether you’re new to woodworking or just looking to sharpen your skills, this hands-on workshop is perfect for you.

Learn the essential techniques of safe Circular Saw operation, guided by experienced instructors who will teach you everything you need to know about handling this versatile tool. Open up a world of carpentry options in your DIY projects.

What you will learn....

In three evening sessions, you will gain the confidence to tackle home projects, from precise cuts to creative designs.

Plus, you’ll create your very own custom project piece of a coat hanger (shown in the photo) to take away and proudly display in your home—showcasing your new skills to friends and family.

All tools, materials, paints and oils provided.

What we provide

We will provide all materials, tools etc. However, if you want to bring along your own tools, ongoing projects etc. then feel free to do so.

We also have hot drinks – tea, coffee etc. Feel free to bring your own additional refreshments, if you want to.

What should you bring

We recommend wearing old clothing, and sturdy shoes.
If you would like to bring your own PPE (Personal Protectve Equipment), please feel free to do so. We will provide PPE, but we know that some people would prefer to use their own. (We recommend that you mark them up with your names, so that you can identify them)

Head towards St Peter’s Hospice Shop, and you will see  bePractical DIY Workshop just on the left, behind the scaffolding.
