Confidence with Power Tools

Price: £130

Duration: Full Day

Young person using jigsaw on DIY project

Many people tell us that they have Power Tools at home, but they don’t feel confident using them, so they never get them out. Instead, they call someone else in to tackle DIY projects for them, rather than having a go themselves.

If you are that person, this may be the practical DIY course for you.

We will introduce you a range of everyday power tools, including all kinds of Drills & Drivers, Multi-tools, Jigsaws & Circular Saws.  You will learn when to use them, and how to use them safely.

By the end of the workshops, your confidence in using these DIY tools will have grown. You will understand how they can be used,  and how they can make your practical DIY projects much easier. You will also have a healthy respect for these DIY tools, and understand how to use them safely and effectively at home.

As with all our practical DIY workshops, we want you to finish the day feeling that your DIY confidence and knowledge has grown.

What’s included?

  • All tools & materials
  • Tea, coffee & soft drinks
  • There will be short comfort breaks throughout the session. Please feel free to bring snacks/food with you
